I had never been a ‘fitness’ person and my nutrition for most of my adult life consisted of any fast-food chain I could find and a ton of pop as well. But as I said earlier, I was miserable and needed a change in my life. Within a month of having just one shake a day and working out, I could keep up with my kids without getting out of breath.
