Because for way too long I struggled. Struggled without support from like-minded women. Struggled by focusing on eliminating food groups, ignoring my mindset work. Struggled to make decisions and take action. When I finally made these things a priority though, my health and weight loss success skyrocketed.




Let me start off by saying, and I mean this with every ounce of my being, I really, really, REALLY don’t like working out. I mean, seriously. Yuck. But! The surprising thing is, there is one thing I really don’t like MORE than I don’t like working out. And that is how I feel when I don’t do it. (Gah! Why does life have to be so tricky? LOL)

You can imagine my surprise when I came to understand working out doesn’t mean spending half my life in the gym. And! There IS such a thing as finding a fitness program that you actually look forward to.

Wait. WHAT?!

When you’re ready, we’ll work together to find you a program or activity that makes you happy and makes you well. I promise it’s a thing. And we’ll find it.


The thing is, there isn’t anything you can’t eat. Honestly. What needs to happen is you need to become educated about WHAT you are choosing to eat. Food is information for your body, and sadly, most of us have limited knowledge about food. We have been force fed (pun intended) a bunch of confusing information, and if I was a cynic I would say it is done intentionally because our confusion lines the pockets of people who are supposed to be keeping us well. (Good thing I’m not a cynic.)

We’ll talk about macro and micronutrients, vitamins, minerals and supplements – and most likely, I’ll get a bit nerdy about the subject. But what I will also do is help you to understand how easy and enjoyable eating well is. You might even be surprised to learn that you may not be eating enough right now! You really can eat WHATEVER YOU WANT. The magic is, what you WANT to eat changes as we go through this process together. And guess what else? YOU CAN EAT CARBS! And FAT! Get ready to take your relationship with food to the next level!

Feel Better

First off, let’s ditch this idea that you need to be perfect and have your “stuff” together all the time. If ever. I mean, really? Who has time to achieve the impossible? I don’t know about you, but as soon as I realized there was no such thing as perfect and I had no reason or right to be it, I felt a whole heck of a lot better. And that, my friends, is the beginning of a whole new way of life that opens the door to so many possibilities.

Feeling better is about becoming whole from the inside out. It’s about finding balance and being flexible enough to know what balance looks like today might not be what it looks like tomorrow. Having the tools to make those subtle changes as needed empowers you, and empowered people know they are capable of anything. There’s an undeniable sense of relief that happens when you learn to accept yourself exactly as you are. Right here, right now.
